Contest Rules & Regulations
- Contest is open to all MyGamma members across the world.
- The winners will be determined by the entrants who answered the most questions correctly. If there is a tie, the winner will be decided on the entrants that participated in the contest at the earliest time.
- 1st question is free of charge. Subsequently, each question is G$40 only. Charging is based on G$200 for 5 questions
- Just Mobile Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected or garbled computer transmissions or network, computer, mobile phone, or electronic failures of any kind including any communications or computer failures or circumstances which affect, disrupt or corrupt the contest in any manner.
- As a condition winners will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and, unless prohibited by applicable law, consent to the use of their name, home town, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional and other purposes without further payment, except where prohibited by law. In addition, by entering the Contest, unless prohibited by applicable law, entrants consent to being placed on Just Mobile Sdn Bhd's mailing list.
- Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, & Regulations and by the decisions of Just Mobile Sdn Bhd, which are final and binding in all respects. Just Mobile Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change these rules or cancel the Contest at any time, at its sole discretion. This contest is void where prohibited. Just Mobile Sdn Bhd may prohibit entrants from participating in the contest and disqualify entries if they attempt to enter the contest through means not described in the rules, attempt to disrupt the contest or circumvent the rules, act in an unsportsmanlike manner or with an intent to annoy or harass any other entrant or Just Mobile Sdn Bhd.
- All prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Just Mobile Sdn Bhd has the rights to replace any prizes with an alternative that is the same design, or value.
- All articles remain the property of Just Mobile Sdn Bhd. Just Mobile Sdn Bhd is under no obligation to publish every contest entry and can disqualify an entry at any time.
- All prize winners will be notified by BuzzCity, the owner of MyGamma service.
- Contest Ends: 30th June 06
